Eve-AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your internal security operations purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer access to the service without our written consent.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Eve-AI to violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property rights, or conduct unauthorized security testing against systems you do not own or have explicit permission to test.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate within your workspace. We process that data solely to provide the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eve-AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
